The Preferra Insurance Company RRG (Preferra RRG) is currently holding its annual Preferra Proxy Voting and Election. Online proxy voting is taking place now through Friday, December 5, 2025, at 4 pm ET.
If you were an active Preferra liability policyholder as of August 31, 2025, you are eligible to vote in this year’s election.
The Preferra RRG Nominating Committee and Board of Directors have extensively vetted and approved the Preferra RRG director nominees up for renewal this year. There are two (2) director nominees up for renewal, and your votes are requested to re-elect each of them.
As a Preferra Insurance Company RRG policyholder, you have a right and responsibility to vote (for, against, abstain) on the director nominees and on other voting matters before you.
Your votes are critical to attaining the quorum required by the Preferra Insurance Company RRG regulating authority for renewal of the Preferra RRG director nominees and approval of other voting matters.

Each email includes a personalized voter link for online voting, with instructions. Once you link to the official voting website using your personalized voter URL, you will find voting instructions, the annual meeting notice, proxy form, and ballot, and biographical information about the director nominees for your review and vote.
The Preferra Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 4 pm ET. Policyholders eligible to vote this year will be sent more details with the virtual meeting URL, login, and passcode via a separate email closer to the meeting date.
